The CWR Auction is more than a chance to bid on great items—it’s a monthly gathering of kindhearted people who care deeply about animals and each other.
HERE TO MAKE A PAYMENT?
1. Click “Buy Now.”
2. Enter your total amount due. (don’t type a $).
3. Click “Continue.” You do not need a PayPal account to complete your transaction.
4. If you have a PayPal account, sign in. If not, click “Pay with Credit or Debit Card”.
5. Follow the prompts for payment options. You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation and email receipt.
HOW DOES THE AUCTION WORK?
From the 1st through the 10th of each month (ending on the 6th in December), the CWR Auction features a curated mix of items—from jewelry and clothing to housewares and unique finds. Every winning bid supports our mission, with 100% of proceeds going directly toward the daily care and operation of the rescue.

There are several ways to contribute items to the auction.
OPTION 1 : Post Yourself
All group members can post donated items directly to the auction. If you choose to post, you’ll also handle shipping to the winning bidder (shipping costs count as part of your donation). Local pick-up at the rescue can also be offered if both you and the winner are nearby.
OPTION 2 : We Post
If you’d rather not post yourself, you can mail or drop off donations at the rescue:

Saturdays & Sundays: 8 AM – 6 PM (no appointment needed)
Monday – Thursday: By appointment only (text the hotline at (704) 286-6330)
Please label all donations clearly with “CWR AUCTION.” You can remain anonymous if you prefer, or include your name so we can give you the thanks you deserve!
BIDDING
Bidding is easy—just comment on the post for the item you want, and include whether you’d like to pick it up at the rescue or have it shipped (if applicable shipping cost will be added to your total).
The auction closes at 9:00 PM on the 10th of each month (the 6th in December), and the highest bid at 8:59 PM wins! New items are added daily, and most are available for shipping, so even out-of-town CWR fans can join the fun and support the rescue.
PAYMENT
After the auction closes, our Auction Coordinator will post totals for winning bids. Once posted the bid-winner has 48 hours to complete payment, using the instructions above. When payment is complete, items will be shipped. Items not claimed by payment may be offered to the next highest bidder or appear in a future auction.
